How We Work

First, our recruitment specialists take the time to understand your organization, its structure, the personalities involved in the interview process, the position and its responsibilities, and the qualifications and characteristics desired in potential employees.

Then, we research our extensive database to identify qualified candidates working within advertising, media and/or direct marketing. We also utilize our network of professionals in the industry whom we have come to know over the past twenty years. By personally meeting, screening, interviewing and presenting only the most qualified candidates, our clients are able to maximize their valuable recruiting time.

Once the selected candidates are presented and qualifications discussed, meetings are arranged. Throughout the process, we communicate with our clients to apprise them of our progress. Our assignment is not complete until the ideal candidate has accepted the position and started working.
